Here at Angela’s Weddings in Spain we know how important it is that you have someone that you can trust and rely on to help you to organise your dream wedding in a different country. We understand that it is daunting and scary when you start planning; there is so much to think about and you don’t know where to start planning your wedding in Spain.
We are here to take away the worry and responsibility; we have completed the due diligence on the wedding venues and the suppliers that we use so we know the quality of their work, their reputation, whether they are cost competitive, that they are reliable and ultimately we know that they will provide you with a high quality service on your wedding day.
Our aim is to make your planning journey as easy, stress-free and enjoyable as possible, we want to you to enjoy the process and have the time to relax and look forward to your special day. We will guide you through each step of the planning, give advice and guidance and assist you in making the right decisions.
Your Planning Journey:
The first step in planning a wedding is to have an idea of your guest numbers, the style of venue you are looking for, an approximate budget and a possible date(s), once we have this information we can guide you through the venue options and help you to choose the most desirable and suitable venue for you.
Our website Venue Pages have full details of each venue along with prices based on three different wedding packages for different guest numbers. Please remember that every wedding we plan is unique so we can adapt and change these packages as we go through the planning process, but these packages should give you a good idea of what a wedding would cost at each venue, and what you get for that cost.
You can then choose what to do next, you can proceed to booking your dream wedding, ask us some questions or schedule a phone call with us. We are also on hand to answer any questions, give advice and discuss ideas and you can contact us via email, Whats App or Messenger.
When you are ready to move forward with booking your wedding we will ask for a Wedding Booking Fee of €397 to be paid (this fee is included in the prices on our website).
We will then take you through the planning process step by site, discussing and securing each required supplier one by one, i,e: photographer, celebrant, cake, flowers etc. Venues, caterers and some suppliers will require a booking fee to be paid in order to secure them (again all fees are included in the prices on our website). Once Booking Fees are paid most of the payments will be due in the last 3-6 months before the wedding. We will be working closely with you to create your personal wedding vision and make sure your dreams are coming to life!
During the planning process we will provide you with a Budget Planner so that you can keep up to date on what you have paid and what is due to be paid and when. We also produce a detailed time line of the wedding day – this important document is given to the venue and each supplier prior to the wedding day so we know what is happening and when throughout the day – ensuring that your day runs in relaxed but smooth way.
In most of our packages at least one of our experienced wedding planners will attend on the day to oversee the setting up meaning that you and your loved ones can enjoy the morning getting ready without interruptions. We deal with any questions or issues that arise and deal with much much more behind the scenes ensuring that your day goes as smoothly as possible so you can relax and enjoy your special day without a care in the world! If this is not included in your chosen package you can of course add this if required.
We will be with from the day we start planning right up to the wedding day, providing advice and guidance but most of all support both practically and emotionally – we know planning a wedding can be an emotional rollercoaster and we are here to chat, support, guide and settle any nerves along the way.
