For many weddings, guests prefer to book their own accommodation because they all have different budgets, durations and requirements.
Where possible, we can:
- Arrange exclusive discount codes or preferential group rates
- Share booking links and information for your guests
All bookings are made directly by you and your guests, giving everyone flexibility while still keeping things coordinated.
🥂 Boutique hotels & exclusive use
If you are considering taking over a boutique hotel for your wedding, we have a few we can recommend and can introduce you and help start those initial conversations.
This can be a great option for creating a more private, immersive experience across your wedding celebrations and combining those 2-3 day wedding celebrations.
🌿 Transport
As part of our wedding planning service we coordinate the guest transport for the wedding day. However for your guests other transport requirements, we can connect you with a trusted local transport company who can organise:
- Guest transfers to and from the airport
- Minibuses or coaches depending on guest numbers
- Private cars if required
Transport arrangements are made directly with them, but we will ensure you are speaking to reliable suppliers we know and trust.
