We’ll check availability with the team and offer you suitable dates for your wedding.

Secure your date with a booking fee:

To reserve our planning services and start planning your wedding we will ask you to pay a booking fee. This secures your wedding day with us.

Venue Contract & Deposit:

We will request your venue hire contract and the venue will request a deposit to confirm your booking.

In-depth planning begins:

As you’re ready to move forward, we’ll guide you step-by-step through every detail of your wedding planning, offering expert advice and support along the way.

Payments:

As we organise the booking of each vendor, they will require a deposit to confirm the booking, all deposits and future payments are paid directly to venues and vendors to ensure your control. The majority of the payments/final payments are all due in the last 2-3 months before the wedding.

Budget Management:

We create a personalized budget planner, ensuring you’re always informed and on track with your finances.

Wedding Planning Report:

We’ll provide you with a comprehensive wedding report, keeping all your wedding details in one place for easy reference.

Final Touches & Details:

As the big day approaches, we’ll dive into the finer details: decor, design, and every little touch that will make your day unique.
